How to Root Qualcomm Galaxy S7/S7 Edge on Android Nougat 7.0 ( T-mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint)

So guys here is very good news for all the users of Qualcomm Galaxy S7/S7 Edge who are running their device on Nougat, the Root is now available for all the variants of USA Qualcomm Galaxy S7/S7 Edge T-mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. The steps are quite easy and easy to understand as well. So if you installed Android Nougat build on your Qualcomm S7 edge and now you want to enable Root access on your Galaxy S7 or S7 edge, then you are at right place.

Pre-Requirements

  • Make sure to backup your important data , apps , contacts and messages. ( This process will not delete all your data, but still its better to backup.)
  • Make sure to first charge your mobile upto 60%.
  •  This guide is only for Qualcomm S7 and S7 Edge.

 How to Root Qualcomm Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge on Android 7.0 Nougat

Step 1 Power off your device and boot into download mode you can boot into download mode by pressing and holding power, home, and volume down buttons.

Step 2 After pressing and holding these buttons your device will boot into download mode, once you have done that now connect your device to your PC via USB cable.

Step 3 Download Odin and Boot img from the download section and Run the ODIN.exe.

Root Galaxy S7 Edge on Nougat

Step 4 In ODIN window you will see screen like this ⇑, click on AP button.

Step 5 Once you click on AP button, you have to navigate to the folder where you have extracted boot img file and then select file with extension .Tar.

Step 6 Then Click on the Start button.

Now Root via ADB and Fastboot

Step 1 Now we have to root first of all download the ADB and fastboot from the download section.

Step 2 Extract the ADB and Fastboot in the same folder where you have extracted the Root files.

Step 3 Now take your verizon Galaxy S7 edge and enable USB Debugging.

Step 4 Now connect your device through your PC

Step 5 Open CMD window in the ADB and Fastboot folder.

Step 6 Type there Root.bat and then enter.

Step 7 Done !!
